Would not recommend this bank I have banked with this bank since I was 16 I'm 37 now and they decided to send me a txt message on the 20th of December they was closing my account for no apparent reason they stopped all my direct debits blocked my card I cudnt get money out over Christmas none of my pority bills was payed I'm at risk now of loosing my house IV had no gas and electric over Christmas still haven't now I have a daughter aswell they had no compassion what so ever car was taken of me on the Monday due to it been on finance would not go with this bank what so ever I would advice people not to go with them I am taking it to the press and higher and higher for what they have done in Guna make sure nobody has this situation what IV had to have over Christmas aswell

6-7 employees on the bank floor, yet only 1 on the till and that 1 was with a customer over 20mins. Standing in the queue for about 40-50min when according to Google is meant to be less busy! Bad management, time when the other staff are just standing around with an ipad, why can't someone jump on the tills to help, why 2-3 on the advice desk yet only 1 on the tills is beyond stupid!

Unserwhelming bank, but at least the branch is more accesible for help than one or two others. Online and call centre help not great. Was not my first choice of bank anyway and that view point has only strengthened

Unfortunately this is not anymore the bank of the original bank after Lloyd's Bank owned this is now not the good bank that was before, soon I will close the account I had enough! I do not recommend!
