I have experienced the worst customer service recently thanks to Halfords. This branch allowed me to order a car battery that they didn't have in stock and despite my order being cancelled without telling me, (I had to call after waiting 10 days to be told) they have refused to give me a refund. While the staff were very apologetic, I'm still waiting for a refund 17 days after my order was made. Customer services is a joke and there has been zero accountability during this entire process. Their processes are flawed and those at the top need to seriously review how they operate.

Bought my nephew's first bike from this store, the staff couldn't have been more helpful - they took the lead with my nephew showed him the bikes that were right for him and let him ride he chosen bike to make sure it was the one he wanted.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Halfords thanks to Rohan. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, approachable, and genuinely interested in helping me. He listened carefully to what I needed, explained
my options clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure I left completely satisfied. His product knowledge was impressive, but what really stood out was his patience and willingness to go the extra mile. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about customers. If you want great service with a personal touch, ask for Rohan ? he?s a credit to the team at Halfords!

I reserved on Tuesday evening with a one hour time a lot to collect. About an hour later, I had a phone call to say they were busy and wouldn?t be able to build before they closed, so could I collect first thing in the morning. I said yes to the disappointment of my son as was expecting to get that evening. I turned up at 11am the next morning and was told there had been a ?miscommunication? and the bike hadn?t had safety checks done and would be another hour. I explained the situation and the staff said sorry. An hour later, we went back and still wasn?t ready as was having problems with the gears. Another 15 minutes and it was done. The staff were apologetic to be fair, but the fact I had an email on Tuesday evening saying it was ready and then being asked to collect the next day, then having to wait 90 minutes more - given that it was a store further away so I could collect within the hour - is a bit ridiculous. Especially after spending nearly £600 on a bike. Like I say, the staff in store were apologetic but I?m sure more could have been offered given the circumstances and the time off work taken!

I believe the person was dealing with my order. He was a supervisor or manager very very disrespectful. I bought an item yesterday. I tried to return it. He didn?t want to refund and I also want to buy the car battery. He keeps trying to sell me a stop start battery which my car is not stop start he was even calling me you are stupid. Had ordered online a few items, which were made ready to collect in less than an hour. they have a great and quick service and are friendly. Went to collect and was all ready. Their service is quick and efficient and the products are of high quality and have a 2 year guarantee which is even better. Would definitely recommend!!!
