I have got a 22 carat gold,They said my 22 carat gold, this is 18 carat and 18 carat price will be paid. I never sold it, I bought the gold back because they lied to pay less money. I have the receipt of the gold I bought in Turkey. I have proof. I will never go there again, if you sell gold, know how many carats it is, otherwise they will deceive you and tell you less.

Lauren was absolutely brilliant!!! I walked it not knowing what to expect. I will admit that I was expecting a scene from a movie where the people are sketchy and trying to rip me off. On the contrary I was Wlcomed by Lauren who made my transaction extremely pleasant. She was warm, welcoming and understanding. She offered me multiple options and made sure I chose what was the best option for me. I felt safe and listen to and I was offered a brilliant pice for my ring. I definitely recommend and I definitely would come back again whenever I have gold to sell.

Hello guys if your thinking about buying from this place please don?t , after spending 1000+ pound on a bracelet I would expect this to last a long time with no problems , after just a month my bracelet clasp broke as I took my top off , this isn?t a joke unlike this shop and there morals and customer service , place is a joke ! No effort to help resolve a problem , don?t waste your time or money please

I was very regular customer with H&T for long time but today I went there had some issues regarding my paydown plan sally the manegerShe was very rude towards me once she find out that it's her mistake.She left my contract sheet on the display table and asked others not to help . Untill I had to speak loud, very bad attitude as a maneger couldn't believe it or maybe she treated me from my skin . advice for other customers please double check your contract when you get served by Sally... I wouldn't go there again never and ever..
