I went there a month ago and had my seconds done (ear piercing) and I had no problems however just under a week ago I had my thirds don?t and I have been in pain my ears are bruised and bleed and the piercing is uneven - I believe this could of been a ?one off? mistake but I would get piercings elsewhere to be sure they are done 100% correctly.

One of my chains was twisted and knotted, came here and Jess was able to sort it out for me straight away. Amazing customer service from Jess, will definitely be coming back again if I need some jewellery or have any other issues.

My daughter and I had our ears pierced by Gemma at the Walsall store, Gemma was amazing, really helped ease my daughters nerves and made the experience positive for her! (and mine)
Will be going back here when my other daughter wants hers done. Also I accidentally left my bag of shopping in store, Gemma left a message on my phone to let me know she had put it up safe for us before we collected, which I really appreciated!

I was passing through walsall while my car gets repaired (i looked a bit scruffy) but decided to have a quick look around before my train arrived. I went to a few places but Gemma was the most welcoming and professional.
Her colleague didn?t acknowledge me but Gemma did as soon as she noticed me. I left with a gift for myself even though I was just browsing.

I attended H Samuel's in Walsall today. I met Gemma for the 1st time. Loved her. I could talk to her all day.
