One star is more then generous I went into greggs today and saw a brown mark which looked and smelled like poo, extremely unhygienic in a food restaurant, I looked at it and walked straight back out, I?m disgusted

What a joke that place was went in for 10 plain sausages, and staff didn't have a clue what was going on. Two was saying no, they can't. which I always do it by paying for extra with out anything else one of them said had to charge me for 5 paps as well never going back

Me and my brother come in always for hot chocolate and Beth and jade are amazing the always give me the hot chocolate in a little cup fit my brother and so patient with us both .Well done to both of you ?

Just awful service. I looked at the woman with a smile as she served me, ready to say thank you. She literally threw my order on the counter and turned away to talk to her colleagues without even acknowledging me or making eye contact let alone a thank you. The pastry I ordered was ok but I certainly didn't feel valued as a customer!
