Absolutely terrible service. The staff is just standing and doing nothing. I ask a member of staff to open fitting room and she said a moment please and then she vanished. After waiting for 10-15 minutes. I walked out of the store and I seen her standing at the entrance using her phone. There was a big queue of customers waiting by the till and no one was serving them. No wonder why no one shops in that store. I won't again.

1st time went in store Poor customer service skill just because she could take security tag off lost the whole sale didn't even try if you carry on like this you won't make any sales hope owner or people from high end are aware of what she's doing sad

Last time I will be going here for any trainers clue on the side of the trainer, wasn't even a display trainer these we're brand new in the box.

Spent my lunch break queuing for a pair of trainers I was told was in stock. When i got till the till they was wrong size and size I was promised was out of stock. Girls behind counter nice and manager helpful. 2 young lads of the shop floor absolutely shocking. I won't be returning

Bad customer service ??????i buy jackket 20 day ago and it's start unstitched after 20 days I went the shop and tell them they are not accepting it's not a fault..u experienced staff..And I ask for shoes size I'm waiting 10 minutes she start dealing with another customer..?

Excellent service from the lady behind the counter, managed to find a coat we was after in stock up stairs . Very helpful and made my lads day. Great range of products and choice. A bit pricey but isn't it everywhere these days post Covid.

Havent got a large range but i think thats specific to Footasylum on a whole. The stock they had was up to the time. The customer sevice was great. The guy was helpful and went and got so many trainers for me. Id deffinetly go back
