I genuinely don't enjoy exercising but training with Karl has changed how l see fitness. He keeps sessions varied & interesting, & is so supportive all of the time. I've never trained so hard in my life, yet never dread going back! It's been life changing for me.

Best gym ever! Love training here so much! Honestly, this is what a gym is meant to be. If you haven't tried training here you are missing out. This is the place to be.
