I purchased a Mustang Mach E from here and the entire process from start to finish was handled by Keith Cannings. He helped me part exchange my car and even made sure my car was charged and ready for an earlier delivery. I was very well looked after and would highly recommend coming here. All the staff are very friendly, but definitely recommend Keith for your future buys from Ford, Walsall.

I went in around 3/4 weeks again and went back in today to find that from an offer of £1k back on a new car to then walk in a few weeks later a be offer £500 when no more further miles or damage had been added on to the vehicle as it sat on the drive each day, wish I had never brought from them in the 1st place having put £12.5k down as a deposit on a new new to then be selling it for less then 1/2 price 2years later, what a joke they are, when you can see them on the forecast for £23k so they is at least £5 profit unit them them then they have the cheek to offer you pittance, it is well below the expected mileage but still not worth anything to them, no respect for the person selling the vehicle just about making them money, what a disgraceful way of treating people absolute joke very angry customer but remember they are quick enough to take your money

Purchased a new (to us) car today, with a part ex on the old one. Such a wonderful experience. Harry was amazingly helpful both on the phone and in person and made the change over as easy as possible for us. Everything was dealt with quickly and professionally. Harry went out of his way to do everything he could to make this go smoothly and I couldn't be happier.

Purchased a vehicle recently and the whole process was smooth and easy. Everything explained clearly and no pushy sales tactics.
Our salesman was Josh W. He was honest and transparent throughout. A friendly guy and a credit to the branch.
Josh seen us as a last minute visit to the branch which was near closing. He didn't have to spend what could have been his 'personal time' dealing with us, but he chose to - much appreciated.
I would actually suggest listening to any add-ons such as service plans etc, as these actually save you money. I paid for 3 services in advance at a cost that I would usually get 1 for.
Car part exchanged and keys to new one within a few days.
Would certainly purchase from here again - not that I plan on changing my car anytime soon ??
