Hair in food! - POOR hygiene standards!
I?ve posted this to trip advisor and now posting here from reading other reviews this seems to be a regular complaint.
Half way into eating what I had ordered we found a long hair dangling from one of the chocolate dough balls I picked up. We pulled on the hair to find it was actually embedded within the dough and took a little bit of a tug to pull it out. If this is able to get into the food I dread to think what it must be like behind the scenes at this place. I've informed dominos head office to not get much in the form of a response. Head office passed the complaint over to the store who said they can offer a free pizza next time, I told them we won't be ordering from the place again and they sent their delivery driver with £7 in an envelope as a 'refund'. The whole order cost nearly £45. Any decent establishment would have refunded the whole order out of goodwill for such a disgusting incident.

The pizzas from here are always cooked to the best. They were kind enough to give us a free large garlic dip. Quick service and friendly staff!!

I was absolutely shocked to find out that the people preparing the pizza weren?t wearing gloves. One of the employee answered the phone and then carried on preparing the order without washing her hands. Another was operating the till then going back to touching the ingredients, again no gloves. They have no clue about cross contamination and when questioned the manger simply said we are not claiming to be 100% vegetarian or halal . How can they say this and advertise some of the pizzas as vegetarian and vegan?So if you are like me and ordering vegetarian and vegan pizza because you having faith that it?s halal I?m sorry but that?s not the case. I can?t believe that this is happening when there are a variety of dietary guidelines out there. No more Domino?s for me and my family

The staff workers are racist along with their drivers, if you live in a block do not order as they feel they don't need to deliver to your door and want you to leave your under age child alone, Baring in mind if you pay for delivery you expect food to be delivered at your door!! I also contacted the CEO of this business and put a high compliant in, the food is disgusting like they rush to cook the pizza's. Also found hair in my food one time but even explaining it to them they ignored my concerns, reasons why i have never ordered a domino's pizza again doesn't even matter what branch they will never get a penny out of me again.
Parking: terrible. shut it down.

Bad management and bad drivers I have a broken foot And driver was not willing to help me out and when phones store up they brushed it off as it was nothing there is no point of a delivery if they refuse to deliver

Ordered pizza from here.thought i give it a try.had a chicken/meat pizza.hardly any meat on pizza just little strips of meat.definitely would never order from here again.total rip off.

Deadest dominoes in the land. Its as if its fake. They added extra crust as a topping by the looks of it. Sticking to fFire away pizza from now on.

The pizza bases are an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!I have ordered from dominos for years, and I have never been so disappointed. They have clearly made cut backs on the pizza bases, that have completely ruined the pizza.When you charge as much as dominos do, sub-standard produce should not be served up. The food wasn't particularly hot either so I suspect the delivery driver had been to the wrong address prior.
