Worst pharmacy I?ve ever been too, staff are unhelpful and rude they rather stand around talking about what they have planned for the weekend.They have issue notifying customers when products are not in or have not been cleared by the dr? I?ve wait over a month for my inhalers which is a joke just like the drs surgery attached.

Amanda was an absolute star! Managed to give 2 pens of Trulicity which has been OOS in almost all places and managed to sort delivery out for a vulnerable patient. She?s the first person I spoke to regarding the availability of the drug who took the initiative to look into the fridge for me and finding two instead of just saying ?they?re long term out of stock item?. Thanks for being fantastic Amanda!

The service is terrible. They never answer the phone and always say there is a fault or they are short staffed. If the deliver your medication its never right and they never know why. They are the worst chemist i have ever used

If I could give 0 stars I would. Twice now they've 'ordered' the medications and twice they've failed, so really delaying patients care. Queues are ridiculous, it's messy, it's dusty. They don't even answer the phones. I won't bother with this joke of a pharmacy again, I'd rather travel into town and get reliable service. You need new management in there.

Been phoning and phoning and got absolutely nothing , so I left an email, waited 3 days for a reply, just for them to tell me they can?t give information via email and to please phone reception, what the ****? this is absolutely appalling, I have also been inside the pharmacy plenty of times and have never seen them that busy thag they think it?s ok to miss 7-8 calls in a row! it?s disgraceful, it?s actually killing my soul having to give them 1 star but it the least you can choose?. it?s a real shame minus-10 star isn?t an option ????

I am very surprised to read the bad reviews about this pharmacy because I have always had a very positive service. The pharmacy is a 1 minute walk from where I live and I have resided in this area for 7 years, so I use this pharmacy on a regular basis. When you are on prescribed medication, when ordering more, the pharmacy always send you a text message to tell you to collect. I love the fact that the pharmacy is right next door to the GP surgery. I like the discounted offers. In the past, I have spoken to the pharmacist, who has kindly given me advice on a medical issue. If my tablets run out without me realising, the pharmacy have been brilliant in giving me a few extra tablets until the full prescription is ready (they then deduct this from prescription order). This has really helped me. Recently, I purchased a verruca cream and the label stated a cheaper price to what I was charged. I realised the next day, so I went back. The staff explained that the label hadn?t been updated and kindly gave me a part refund, so I paid what the label originally stated. Brilliant service! I notice that the pharmacist?s change a lot, as I see a lot of new faces, but as long as they are professional and helpful, it doesn?t matter. Thank you for a great service!

I have used this chemist for years and it's just got terrible.Never open on time always giving the wrong meds out which means you go without meds then blames the doctors.Staff are so rude to customers.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
