Took my prescription in today to which who I assume is the manager, Gary I think is his name, started shouting from the back of the counter at myself and my mom saying we were at the wrong place and when we asked what he meant he proceeded to be extremely rude and came round the counter with his hands up and refused to serve us meaning I haven?t been able to pick up my medication so know I?m suffering due to his rudeness and incompetence

Prescriptions seem to not be done on time despite how much notice you give since ordering. Unfortunately staff are no better. Its really gone downhill recently.

It is a good pharmacy. The assistants are very efficient and helpful. There is a perspex screen by the till. The assistant will take your prescription form and fill in the details. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable, so if you have any questions he can help. Even if it is to check if a new prescribed medication will interact with medication you currently use. Which can happen, especially with anyone who is taking Warfarin tablets. It is probably a very good idea to check if you can safely use the new medication. ???

Went in today to get a prescription, ( I was no bother at all even though I had been down there earlier and it wasnâ??t ready, ) once my prescription was ready a lady from behind the counter abruptly asked for payment, without saying hello or is this yours etc.. I said I never normally pay, and instead of explaining I had to pay because it was from a private doctor she again was rude, â?? I can not give it you without payment â?? I didnâ??t ask for it to be free, I was already embarrassed enough as I had left my purse at home, but this lady made me feel all the more embarrassing. I wonâ??t be using this pharmacy again. She obviously did not like me for some unknown reason.
