Unfortunately our holiday with another company had been cancelled at very short notice. We went to the Co-op travel in Walsall and received excellent help and advice from Rachel.Nothing was too much trouble. We now have a new holiday to look forward to. Highly recommend. Thank you.

We've been a few times and booked a couple of holidays with them. Always polite and helpful and have time for your questions and searches for holidays. We've been looked after by Emma when we have visited and can not recommend her enough. Planning on going back in to book another family holiday soon and know I can trust to be looked after when we visit.

We have a formal complaint - the villa wasn?t the main issue -it?s that they sent us to another location miles away from where they had quoted - but - whilst at the villa my daughter fell on the rotten decking and hurt herself - it was so rotten and dangerous that they took the whole decking up mid holiday.The first 4 days of our Holliday have been spent on the phone for hours trying to get relocated to the area we were promised.We are an additional 45 minutes away from where we should have been staying - adding 1.5 hours to our travelling time every day - not ideal for children, taking a huge chunk out of our time here and costing a fortune in Ubers.To top it off - we are not staying at a complex as quoted where there would have been restaurants, shops and pools - but a residential estate with no facilities.Do not trust this company!
