Not happy , went to till with an item of shopping and asked for cash back at the same time the man serving acknowledged what I wanted and confirmed how much I wanted . Put my card in paid for my item assuming he did the cash back separately , when I ask he said oh yeah you wanted cash back .well you will have to buy something else to get cash back ... I wasn't happy at all it would have been cheaper for me to get cash from the machine outside that charges
But I went in to the co op as I felt safer going in there to get cash back then using the cash machine outside
Will not be using the pelsall store again

Very very expensive. Belgian buns are great but only shop there if you are desperate. Good choice of merchandise, lovely staff just prohibitively expensive.

Pelsall Co-op has most items you would need for everyday food and household cleaning etc, recently new fitted fridges/freezers always keep stocked, fresh bread and cakes available everyday, access very good for wheelchairs there is a disabled parking spot others available within the village high street, staff available should help be needed.

Nice, clean, airy store. Prices are reasonable but would only be used for convenience or top-up shopping. Staff are local people so aware of shopping trends.
