“Nice tidy shop. Not many people when I visited. Lots of choice and some good ideas for home. The only niggle was not enough staff at the tills. I was directed to a serve yourself. I explained I had a voucher to use, no problem I was told. Yet it was a problem and ended up having to wait for the one and only till operator to sort it out.Plenty of free parking. No cafe onsite though.”

“Ordered a cossatto noodle highchair, 1st one came and unfortunatley it was not what i ordered. After a quick call to customer service (Alex) and the wrong highchair was quickly picked up by dpd and the one i orginally ordered arrived the day after. Fast delivery and fantastic customer service. “Not been in for a long while, got some good stuff on sale rails for children , I had a lovely smelling candle, was £14 down to £10 then sticker says £7, paid £4 at the till, I do love a bargain!!!! Lady on till was pleasant,”

She is an ambassador for the company, very polite, helpful and professional. “A well stocked Asda Living store located on a busy retail park.The store wasn't too busy when we called, but there was a fair queue forming at the checkouts.The staff are friendly and helpful.They don't offer the park for free option at this store, so if you're only shopping here, you need to pay for parking.”

“Grandaughter's glasses broke and local Asda at Great Bridge couldn't help (as for under 16s you need a manager and he was off ill). They said Walsall branch had an opticians i could try. Anyway, I called ahead to check if they could help first and they were very helpful and said they'd have a look, but should be able to sort them. They ended up fiting the lenses into new frames. Fast and friendly service, saved the weekend as she's blind as a bat without them! Thank you so much!”
