Very Dissapointed wanted cocodamol. They sold me most expensive versions. So went back to exchange straight away and hanah the manager was rude and said she can't exchange or refund won't be going here again

Staff are vacant and in a dream. The pharmacist on duty today (Tuesday 18th June 2024) is rude, dismissive and abrupt. Quite why she spent years of her life training to be a pharmacist is beyond me, when her temperament would be much better suited to the job of traffic warden or television licence canvasser. Will drive to Lichfield rather than walk 5 mins into town in future.

Rude and ignorant. Stood at the till for 5 minutes whilst 6 staff either walked past me or just looked at me whilst they carried on doing whatever they were doing. Eventually one of them put down her papers and served me with the most miserable face you can imagine

Today I had to wait ages in the queue as only one assistant was serving and one of the customers had a problem with some items they were purchasing as price was different on till to display. After I had been waiting around 10 minutes another assistant came on the tills. This is a regular occurrence.

Went to get a Flu vaccination. Had booked an appointment online. You can book a vaccination online (via NHS website).Very pleased with the way it was carried out. Very efficient nurse or qualified person who injected me.Was very reassured by the quality of care. Was asked questions to check I was eligible for a free vaccination (which I was). And done very quickly.Found out if you relax the muscles in your arm, it won't hurt. So I learned something that helped me.Pharmacy was not crowded. I was able to sit down and wait for the vaccination to be carried out. This is a good service.I recommend this if you don't want to have this done at your GP's surgery. Other pharmacies provide this service too.Information is on the NHS website, if you look online on the website and find the page about vaccinations. Then look for pharmacies that provide this service in your local area.I would be happy to do this again. ???
