Visit your store a few times a week as we live local and our son loves a walk around, today a manager tried to treat us like an employee when at the till telling us to puts something back on the shelf as they couldn?t scan it as no barcode on it, we have an autistic son so taking it back to the fridge aisle would have meant walking back round the store, she was rude and kept pushing it back to us saying it?s fresh it needs to go back in fridge, I explained we wasn?t an employee which she responded o wow u can?t take it back for me. She said this a few times being rude and rolling her eyes. She then left the till leaving a queue of people while saying stuff about us. I asked a lovely young lady on the next check out if she could get her manager which she responded that is the manager her name is Cora. I myself am a part of management in an establishment close to this bnm, if Cora was having a bad day she should not be treating customers this way it?s not our fault, if she speaks to customers in this way imagine how she speaks to employees. The customers behind us was gob smacked at how we were treated even after I said it can?t go back on the shelf without a barcode if you can?t sell it to us then why do u need us to put it back on the shelf? I have never seen this member of staff before and I hope she feels sorry for the way we were treated.

A good store. Much bigger than it looks from outside. A huge range of items from all categories, and generally good prices. I got paint, fillers and silicone seal. Till have queues sometimes but they move fast.

If your going for plants? Don't bother! All the plants are dried out & dead! They don't water the plants at all? Such a waste! But they still try & sell them? It would take a miracle to revive them!

Watch the pricing .. what's on the shelves or by the goods is not necessarily what is charged. Management don't care and seem mostly to excuse the issue with their not supposed to be on call or blaming deliveries. Rubbish! Go to Home Bargains where management do care.

Store isn't great as I feel the stock is all over the place. Can normally find most things needed in here, but the queues are always long, whatever time you go. They only usually have one maybe two tills on at once and the queues go.all the way up aisles blocking other shoppers. Staff are reluctant to jump on to get rid of them too.

Staff are friendly always willing to help, the store is nice and clean. The only thing that let's it down is the tills. There only ever like 2 tills open so cues are down the Isles.

The store itself is fine but the garden centre leaves a lot to be desired. Went in today, looked at all the dying plants and then went to Hollybush to get what I needed.
