Very disappointed I brought a water gun for my grandchild and noticed it was broken when she unwrapped it I tried returning it to swap like for like but they refused without a receipt which I couldn't find but I only had it a week and it clearly had b&m stickers on

This is not the best shop to go into. You will constantly keep getting electric shocks from the shelves and your trolly.
The checkouts are only run on two or possibly three, and never all six tills are open.
There is 90% chance you will be queuing for ten minutes plus to get served.
Not a nice shop at all.
I suggest to go to Homebargans in Aldridge a lot higher quality shop and zero electric shocks !
