Excellent service I received today.I was finding it extremely difficult to find a chemist that had my prescription eye drops in so I phoned the chemist and spoke to a very helpful young lady who then told me they had them in stock.I phoned at 9am and she answered straight away how happy I was to call in and collect them.Thank ? you made my day.

Went here for second covid vaccine then again a few months later for my booster. Wide range of products as well as offering covid vaccines. Brilliant place, very tidy, lovely and helpful staff, fast service

Terrible. Took over from the building from Lloyds a couple of years ago and somehow took over the repeat prescriptions without permission or even informing. Medicines not always in stock, prescriptions not ordered and although there is always at least 3 people behind the counter, takes ages to get served. Several times the staff have attempted to serve me and someone behind me at the same time - zero confidentiality.

Friendly staff, repeat prescriptions ready rather quickly, can be hard to get through on the phone but they do have a lot of customers especially as they are the most local pharmacy to the doctors, so best to order prescription online if possible.

Recently attended here for my covid 1st jab, it was very well organised and the staff were brilliant. If you book your vaccine here, take note they have a clever one way system set up and you enter through the back and you will be met at the door. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Sorry I can't review it as a shop, but it was a very good service provided on the day.

Do NOT get your vaccinations here! Both my husband and I waited over 30 minutes for our first vaccination "appointments". Second appointment, husband's slot was 40 minutes late, few weeks later we had the NHS chasing us as the pharmacy didn't record his vaccination. My second vaccination was cancelled with no notice, turned up at the pharmacy to be sent away. My phone number is as per their records, no texts or voicemails received, they definitely didn't make the effort to contact me.

Very impressive. I came over from Brewood for my 0815 Covid vaccine appointment. The parking facilities were fantastic and we were met at the back door by a lady wielding a thermometer and hand wash. After about two minutes I was ushered into a cubicle for questions and a jab I barely noticed. I was back in my car by 0815 before I was due in. Congratulations to all at Bloxwich pharmacy for running a very smooth operation. Looking forward to seeing you in April
