Barclays ( Park Street Walsall) , had cause to visit bank today, new phone required bank setting due to banking on line.

Amazing service from Kirsty and Zoe in branch today. After getting married earlier this month, we needed to update our accounts to my married name. Kirsty made the process really easy, and kindly updated this for us.
Not often we go into the bank, but the service received today from Kirsty and Zoe made us realise we should pop in more often rather than jumping straight on the app.
Our daughter and friend who were also with us mentioned how lovely they both were. Thank you for making us all feel so welcome in branch! X
