I have used balloon dreams for a few years now! My wife's baby shower and my sons first birthday... Louise came out to both venues and sorted everything. We didn't have to worry about anything... told her our vision and we were all Amazed at the attention to detail she put in on arrival! Highly recommended and well deserved ? ? ?

Absolutely fantastic service. I was let down by someone else and contacted balloon dreams with a couple of days notice. Sent over some examples of what I wanted and what she did was so much more than I could have imagined. My neice absolutely loved it!

If I could leave 0 star, I would.
Imagine your daughters 13 is coming up and you?ve only just found a number to get balloons within 24 hours, which was the first thing I explained to the rude woman on the phone and she refused to help, being quite patronising and disrespectful. She asked what was last minute I told her then she told me I needed to book a week in advance. Well if I could?ve done that I would?ve - so why ask? She then persisted to tell me I hadn?t got a car after I told her my car was in the garage but I could STILL get up there, so best I leave it, go somewhere else as she refused to help even after I asked what she could do today - she told me she could do simple balloons - then went back on her offer. After that she told me she had a customer and although I was still talking, hung the phone up on me. We have so many birthdays and events within the family coming up and I wouldn?t spit on her doorstep. Rude and ridiculous. Get some customer service training as you desperately need it! I?ll be spreading the word. The response underneath is pretty much what I expected? means nothing, but please be careful what you say about me caring about my daughters?s birthday - you know no one?s situation, or circumstances.
But I found someone who was willing to help and appreciated the last minute business. Toodles ??.

Wow, what can I say!!!
Louise's thoughtful approach and attention to detail truly made our special day uniquely ours. From the moment we met her, she took the time to understand our vision and her creativity and professionalism made our dream wedding a reality. Louise added the personal touch and told me what things would and wouldn't go and was on par every time. We cannot thank you enough Louise for turning a lovely venue into a dream one.
