Ordered some baby wipes online just to collect in store but gave me substitute for other ones which was 1/3 the value of original once i ordered. Which i cancelled that's fine but in store shelves was full with deal ones i ordered don't know why they still give you wrong ones with high price but some of the staff attitude pisses me of i asked one of the crew member for help all he said it's the corner of the store with hand gesture i said store got many corners can you be more specific. Same happened during couple of years ago that's why i stope going to this store even it's local to me.

Went to Asda last Monday 9/12/24. Bought some brown butter and rum mince pies, not worth buying at £2.50 for 4...pretty tasteless, you are better off buying their cheapest mince pies as they taste better .

Apocalyptic chaos in nearly every aisle with rubbish everywhere and shelves that look like they?ve been ransacked, and some very rude staff on customer service desk.

Over the last 6 - 9 months the stock levels have been atrocious in this Bloxwich Asda
Basics like bread etc etc and many other items no stock despite shopping at 7am, and 5pm.
In my opinion the store manager needs to sort this out.
Staff need to be stocking the shelves first thing.

asda in Bloxwich is terrible.you got the self service section and 6 checkouts. but with the only 1 person maybe 2 if your lucky are on the checkout. the rest are empty they don't bother to call anyone and some employee's are walking around that could do it. People are then waiting in a line thats blocking other people walking past all because there ain't enough employee's on the checkouts

I am so disappointed in bloxwich store my husband has been in twice in the last three days but today was the worst,there was one checkout open and a queue up the aisle ,it didn't move for ten minutes ,so tried customer service and was told they couldn't do it,he is unable to use self service as he is partially sighted but no help there,I worked there for 21 years and when this happened people from the rest of the store would man the tills to clear the queues,I don't know if they are aware but plans have been submitted for an Aldi about one Mile away so they will lose all the customers at least 2 other people abandoned Thier trolleys and walked out

The following no way reflects the genuine staff at the store: The rudeness of some staff need te addressed, all I did was ask this particular staff member where the customer service desk was. This staff member said where it was, but spoke to me with such an attitude it was if id asked her if she been chewing a wasp all day, It's not my local Asda, so sorry if I don't know where everything is. They are not the only people that have to work for a living you know.

Saw staff members shouting at customers over a customer wanting a person on the checkout/not wanting to use self scan.
Not a single person on the tills? Kind of disgraceful. Upset customers and staff members can be easily avoided by actually staffing your supermarket.
Easy to see how Asdas profits went up 24% to 1.1Bn last year. Do better.
Edit: 02/07/24 at 20:24 people are being told the shop is closed and not allowed in by security, when the website and sign in the window still say 21:00? Shop looks like a bomb site inside clearly they aren't allowed enough staff to restock properly.
