One of the staff is very rude, got served by a polite staff member and waited at the counter for the items to be brought out, I was then told to move and wait at the other desk by a different rude staff member. Thought you waited till you were fully served and items brought out.

Store "manager" NATASHAIncident happened on Monday 27 November at around 10.30. I went to the store with vaid proof of purchase to refund aerial which did not work in my home.I went in and said wanted to return item. When asked if i used it I said yes but it does not work at all and and I cannot get any signal. I was then told refund cannot be precessed as I opened a box. When I asked what's the way to found out item is working or not if I didn't open box i didn't hear any reponse and said again this cannot be returned. I then showed my valid receipt and said this is my right to return faulty item and asked for manager as the lady serving me didn't wear any badge. She daid she is the manager and doesn't have to wear badge. Is sthat true? So i tood her I want refund and refuse to keep faulty item. She started checking a box which was very long so I asked her what is all about she replied it's up to HER to precess refund or not, again is that true? What's your return policy?? How come this is up to individual to give refund. She also threaten me to speak nicely because she won't give me refund. It is ridiculous and that's what I told her. Same time lady serving a customer went on me that this is argos policy. So I pointed out I wasn't talking to her and she should be concentrating on serving customer. What kind of customer service is this Argos??At this poing manager told me "that's it, am not serving you, take your stuff and try somewhere else" and she said very loud and clear I must not come back to the stire as I won't be served ever again there! I have never ever been treated like that and this kind of behaviour is appealing!!! This kind of people should never be put in front customers and this is your worker. Some serious customer service is needed asap and some aera management should be involved and invastigate this non sense.I just checked reviews of that Argos and they are poor and surprisingly are about management and refunds only. Wow.I should not to mention how this incident made me feel in front other people in sainsbury's.PS. Item happily received at Argos Perry Barr, no question asked, no humiliation.

I normally don't use reedswood argos but I woz working nearby and popped in I woz looking for a mobile phone and I woz interested in the argos card so I spoke to a member of staff by the name of SIAN who was very helpful friendly and knowledgeable with the prosses to apply for an argos card which step by step see guided me and in about 5 minute I woz approved for aros card and I appreciate sian helpful friendly service ??

This is a lovely clean and inviting shop, but surely it must be time they addressed the problmes with eir car park and the roads on site that surely must be down to them to repair, trying to find a parking space or manoeuvre my way in between the dreadful potholes is an effort in itself, they get a lot of people using it but it is also not great to walk on now as its breaking up, com on Sainsburys make it a complete pleasure from outside to inside

Took a item back after being faulty. It states you can return anyitem to any store but refused. Then all items was left outside of box for me to repack myself.

Took back some head phones that went faulty after six months, the manager was very unhelpful and said there was absolutely nothing they could do, no exchange or refund, on something with a two year guarantee. Disgusting service, she just kept tapping the sign that said 30 day exchange policy like that somehow justified her, despite it being the exchange policy if you didn't like something not if it was faulty. Went to the crown wharf branch and they exchanged it straight away. Do yourself a favour and just buy on amazon.

I went to return an item at this store but did not have receipt of my online purchase. Young lady at the till named Abbie assisted me and provided a fab customer service in a very helpful manner. There was another gentleman who helped to locate my purchase and eventually accepted my return and refund. Well done guys!!

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had! The male manager should not be working in customer service. He also gave me incorrect information. The lady on the checkout was friendly though. After speaking with Argos customer services I may use them again but I will not be visiting this store.

Left this store very unhappy!HQ told me one thing and in-store another. Instead of the manager calling HQ and sorting it between themselves like I would have done being a store manager I was sent away without it being resolved. It was easier for them to blame HQ rather than do their job. The manager failed at her job and needs either more training or to step down. I went to another Argos store the same day and got it sorted by a sales assistant who had more sense than the manager of this concession. Avoid this one.

I thought I?d never get served at the tills today. Only 2 open. Despite us complaining. No manager appeared and the supervisors said nothing we can do about it! There was about 8 customers waiting per til and they eventually opened another one. I think they want you to use self service which is ok if you only have just a few items.
