Recently had hall, stairs and landing fitted. Always been dealt with by more than helpful staff. The fitter rang before he arrived. Aaron did an excellent job and careful when working near the furniture and took his time to do the job properly.

Carpets are only 2 weeks old and are falling to bits?he tried to blame my doors catching the carpets but proved to him that the door doesn?t even touch the carpets and how can a door make a carpet fall apart in the middle of the room ?.then he said we have pulled carpets apart by hand and we just proved to him how easy they come apart with no effort?then accused my dogs which my dogs don?t dig?.fitter argues with you because apparently he hasn?t got time to check all the others even tho he was standing right next to it?.then he was saying when we moved in did any body catch the doors or the carpet and again no as all the carpets was covered so the removal people didn?t have to keep removing their shoes and the doors wasn?t even on the day we moved in ??he said well what do you want me to do I said they need replacing his answer was oh you got a lot of furniture in the room to get back out well yeah obviously?.not to worry you won?t get out of this one as I have all evidence so will be getting in touch with trading standards to resolve?.if I was you folks I would go somewhere else for your carpets as like I said mine are only 2 weeks old and have gone but when purchasing we was told oh they will last 10 years ha ha they haven?t even lasted a month

So helpful, we didn't know what flooring to go for in our conservatory they gave us good advice and options, they were very busy but spent time explaining what would work well
