  Company employees are great here , just wish there was better parking as there is none as an 86 year old , my mom has to walk over a busy road , or park in bus lane , and yet there?s a large car park the same side as the company but we are not allowed on it even with disabled badge .

  I went to the West Bromwich building society to have a cheque made out to purchase a funeral plan I had arranged with a local undertaker. When I asked for the cheque firstly they would not make it out to the funeral plan company and instead insisted that I get a price from the building society for their own funeral plans.They gave me a price and said it was £200 cheaper than the plan I had already arranged but having looked more closely it didn't include lots of things that I had asked for. With these included it would have actually been £800 MORE!Luckily I had been told by the undertaker what to expect and that this had been going on some time. I could have been a vulnerable person and would have been taken advantage of.
