Not following closing time. Says 10pm but they close always 9.30pm. Worse service?. Asking staff for something they never been able to help. Most of time there is nobody to ask

This is a great corner shop. It?s got lots of snacks, drinks and lottery scratch cards.
It also has an atm. Love this corner shop

Absolute joke of a shop. STOP TAKING EVRI PARCELS IF YOU CANT RELEASE THEM. Something is always wrong with the system there either sending or receiving. Just sack the parcel stuff off if u can't cope ?

This store consistently impresses me. They deliver a great selection of fresh food daily, and the friendly staff are always ready to help with bill paying and advise on special offers. The store is clean and well-organized, making shopping a pleasant experience. Highly recommended for excellent service and quality products.

Friendly staff, helpful helped with my evri said I was u able to pay my bill due to it being down it?s fair enough as Both Evri parcel and pay point service some times goes down that?s just the way electrical technology works at times not staffs fault,
Staff are happy to help and generally nice,
I did ask a staff member if they was using a phone as she was going around store looking at bar codes and so on she showed me it was a hand held computer for the store that does stock files and all stock related things and stated phones are not aloud on shop floor only hand held devices for store use.
She even helped take my shopping to till as I was struggling thank you x
Her name tag stated Jade (red head lady very polite thank you you made my day)

Diabolical experience this afternoon, left with heart palpitations after the sheer humiliation.After 2.5 years of living in the area and considering to be my local shop, I?ve been left traumatised.I often collect parcels from here, the first question I?m usually asked is my name and the staff then retrieve my parcel from the back. Some then ask for ID and others don?t.Today?s encounter was slightly different, I explained that the parcel had just been delivered and I was immediately asked to show ID. I had a day of running around and wasn?t carrying my purse, instead I had digital copies of photo ID including passport and driving license. I was refused and told to provide a bank card? Which doesn?t actually qualify as photo ID. I explained that I come to the shop regularly and I am never usually interrogated or made to feel fraudulent.I also explained that I have seen both members of staff many times, however the one girl?s tone and attitude instantly changed towards me, where she commented ?I?ve never seen you in my life?. I tried to get reassurance off the other one but it seemed she was too frightened to agree with me, therefore said nothing.At the point where I felt I was being treated differently, I asked the girl to not speak to me in the manner that she was and I also asked for her to call her manager which she refused to do and just disappeared into the back.I have witnessed these particular members of staff being very jovial towards white male customers, however the behaviour I witnessed today was diabolical.I asked the other member of staff where she had gone, she responded with a number of rude and personal comments. Such as ?move away from me, stop following us, you?re weird, you?re annoying, you keep saying the same thing, go home?.The degrading and belittling comments were not only winding me up even more, but it had now gone past the point of wanting my parcel, but being more concerned at how I was being spoken to and treated.The girl finally came out of the back and said she had spoken to her manager which I didn?t believe as I?d heard nothing. I asked for her to speak to the manager whilst I was there but she refused and became very irate demanding for me to get out of the shop in front of other customers.I note all of the other negative reviews on here, the one in particular which states staff are rude and spend time in the shop on their phones. The statement made by the girl was that she would not speak to the manager in front of me as phones are prohibited. Which again appears to be another contradiction.I managed to obtain head office?s number to lodge a complaint on my way out, however the shouting from staff continued and the one girl laughed commenting ?look she?s shaking?.Not only do I suffer with depression, I also have mild MS where I struggle to contain tremors. Due to the fact I was so distressed and targeted, my tremors must have become more apparent. I?m disgusted and not even thinking about the parcel at this point, I?m just totally disappointed in how differently I was treated in comparison to other customers who in the same scenario would have been compromised.

Don?t bother going there to pay your bills as they won?t let you the staff are completely useless and waste of time all of them need to be sacked they are nasty to customers and stand there on there phones

You either have someone really pleasent and helpful or someone serving you that can't be bothered and always saying that the parcel scanner isn't working. The Co-op round the corner is a different atmosphere !! More enjoyable. ( I'm nothing to do with the Co-op just a Customer of both)
