Visited the dudley port lidl today, about 1pm. The lady on the till barked at me that she was closed. Rude beyond belief!!! Another couple of customers tried to use her till after me, they got spoken to in the same rude way!!! She then decided to serve a young girl, I asked if she was open now? She said she was serving a colleague who was on her break.. The way she answered me was shocking. She was mid sixties, glasses with blonde hair tied up. I knew she was talking about me to her colleagues but I couldn't catch what she was saying. I feel this staff member needs lessons in customer service. Maybe she could visit somewhere like sainsbury's and take some tips from their staff.

On multiple occasions I've seen this staff member be rude to customers. I seen her be really rude to a customer that couldn't speak English because they mixed 2 different nuts in a bag and didn't understand what she was saying and today she was really rude to me because I asked why I need my ID for alcohol free every time I come if you have seen it today but rudely she said it's 'LIDL POLICY'. But the problem was after i finished with my shopping she rudely spoke about me to another colleague in front of other customers. Tall Caucasian lady with ponytail.

I don't like this lidl as they sometimes don't have food in stock and then have to come back in stock another day. How can you be out of food! Only serve 1 or 2 tills and don't have self-checkout. The only positive about this place is nice employees.

I avoid to go to this Lidl branch because of very large queues at checkout and only 1 or 2 tills working. There's no self checkout. Stock-wise it is good but only visit if you have plenty of spare time.
