Both myself & my partner went here on 3/11, myself for the COVID booster and my partner for both flu and COVID jabs. Neither of us was asked if we felt well, or had we got any symptoms of a cold or a temperature which is always been asked, I had my flu jab only last week at drs surgery and before she gave she said she had to ask because if I had a temp or felt poorly then I would have to reschedule for when I'm better. So this isn't not very good that we wasn't asked the most basic health questions. I have never had any problems with my jab site, but this time I have a lump which is a little smaller than a golf ball, and it is extremely painful. As I said I've never had issues with injection sites like I have with this one. Won't be going there again, mainly due to the fact they don't ask any heath questions before jabbing you, didn't ask my partner if he was allergic to eggs either regarding the flu jab. Which I know should always be asked before being given the flu jab.

Just went to get my Covid jab and was ignored by the blonde woman with the fake tan for 15 minutes, as she served people who came in after me, until I snapped and said something.When I got there, there was an Asian man who had been waiting at least 5 minutes. She saw me when she was talking to him, and then went into the back. I waited another 5-10 minutes whilst she pottered about. As soon as an elderly White gentleman walked in, she went to serve him. She clocked eyes with me, so I knew she saw me then. She went to the back, then came straight back out as soon as an elderly White couple came in and asked them what they needed. At this point I snapped and asked if she was going to serve everyone else whilst I?d been waiting there. She claimed she had only just got there, and didn?t know who was first, which was a blatant lie. If it had been rammed in the shop the whole time, I could have understood, but I was stood in the shop with my son, on our own for nearly 10 minutes! I said I?d come for my Covid booster, but I?d go elsewhere, and walked out.

Very poor reception, staff ignore you and keep you waiting without any explanation with politeness. Never answer telephone calls, just keep disconnecting.I had my covid booster jab in September 2021 and it?s nearly end of December, my GP has still not received updated information regarding my covid booster jab already administered by them.

Tried to call them today no answer and says on website they open? Sister collected my medicine from there over a week ago and looked in bag not all medication there! GP surgery said definately issued it to them so BP high as no tabs again no answer deja vu!

Had my first covid jab and they did a great job. All information given and rules followed. Can't fault the staff or the chemists who are offering something carters green medical centre could not do. Well done great bridge pharmacy.

Having only visited this store once, my experience of this store was pleasant. Staff there seemed friendly and helpful and the store was nice and clean.Attended here for my Covid vaccination and found them to be very thorough in explaining the processes and I would recommend this pharmacy.

Really bad chemist no manners refuse to help delivery man is a waste of time he will post strong medication through your window where my 3-year old child got hold of it and when collecting medication they only give you half a prescription and then they make you could go down to get the other half avoid this chemist isn't waste of time
