Disgusting surgery. Getting an appointment is almost impossible. At 8am on the dot, were told it was fully booked. Every day after that I was in a queue of more than 30. Absolutely shocking. Told that I needed to be seen within 6 hours. Booked phone appt . Got a call from GP who told me I need to go to walk in centre. In constant pain. No empathy from the GP whatsoever. No care.

Over 2 hours wait on phone only to be cut off. Ended up at Urgent Care in the end and they weren't much help either
