I had a problem with a bath that I bought and put in storage and then came to fit this nearly a year later to find there was a small chip in the inside that was hidden by the packaging. I raised this to plumbworld who at first weren't willing to help massively given it was way outside a usual returns window, which is understandable but they worked with me and after some back and forth they contacted the manufacturer, arranged collection of the bath and issued a full refund. They did go above and beyond to help me and I appreciate it

On opening of the box from bathrooms4less I found the metal bracket completely bent. However, after speaking to the team this week they were able to sort me a replacement, in a very timely fashion!

ordered a bathroom suite Vanity unit/sink, toilet, bath and side panels, unfortunately some Parts were missing however Bathroom4lesd have kindly agreed to collect all the items and are kindly doing it for free.

Bought a towel rail radiator from this company three months ago. Had it fitted and was very pleased. Nice looking rad and reasonable price.
Noticed a blister on the paintwork on the main body and then water started to seep through.
Contacted the company who replied the same day, asking for a couple of photos. I duly sent these and a few hours later they said they would send me a new radiator.
No waiting, no arguing, very polite and understanding, superb customer service.

This company is very unreliable and unprofessional. I used them to order some stuff from eBay. Without any communication/updates the courier just appear with half order. When I ask what about the rest he said they just received that what he deliver to me. Reported straight away the missing parts but still waiting for the delivery. After few emails with no respond, I left feedback on eBay. After the feedback the respond straight away and Without shame After a more that a week delay and causing me lot of damage( have to pay penalties) they offered me £10 compensation for the week of the delay. That is really disrespect. If you want to be disrespectful like me use this company. I'm never ever again going to use them again. Very disappointed and unprofessional service????

Update: After contacting the seller?who acted in good faith?they consulted the manufacturer to verify the defect and agreed to send a replacement, even though the 30-day period had passed. I must say they exceeded my expectations, and thanks to their excellent customer service and the positive resolution of my issue, they fully deserve a 5-star review.
Initial review:
Ordered a bath tub which I couldn?t install in the first 30 days, and when I did install it, noticed they?ve sent me a damaged one. The damage makes the tub unusable and because I?m over the 30 days, I can?t get a replacement.
Make sure you properly check the delivery. My delivery driver didn?t wait for me to get home, he offloaded it in front of the door and left.

Terrible service
Courier lost bath, could not understand a word said, by the un-helpful Indian woman on customer services. Made us wait 10 days for a replacement. Had to communicate by email, even though I am a native English speaker.

Poor customer service. Bought a toilet which was delivered broken. Eventually after a week they sent a new one which was also broken. They were supposed to take the original one back which they haven't. I now have 2 broken toilets and still have not resolved this. Slow and shoddy aftersales care. AVOID.
