Rude staff. Long waiting times. Lack of communication/miscommunication between pharmacy and GP - lots of back and forth (this is a common occurrence - never a simple task to collect prescriptions).

Diabolical. Never got the prescription ready to collect, even when it has been sent by the doctor during a consultation. Hardly ever has the medication required in stock. The lady with the short hair and glasses is miserable as sin. I'm yet to visit and actually go away with what I came for first time. Taking business elsewhere. Recommend millard and bullock, Coseley instead.

I have been calling this pharmacy regarding a prescription that is there for son since this morning and they have not answered the phone. Well they did once and clearly picked up and hung up straight away.Im unable to get to them as my son is unwell so the phone is the only resort I have had today.I work in pharmacy myself and understand it?s a busy period but if the pharmacy is not staffed enough to answer a single telephone call, is it even safe to be operating in this busy period ??On a Saturday evening this is one of the closest ones to me that is open. Sort your phone lines out or staff yourself to help public as you should be !

Was a bit disappointed the pharmacy said he couldn?t help me any further with my constant headaches I?ve been experiencing for 2 weeks and just to take painkillers. Phoned up swanpool pharmacy after being on the phone to 111 and he said something about me having generalised migraines and now waiting to get a doctors appointment so I can some proper tablets for migraines much more helpful?

Really slow service and the girl at the desk has no clue.Pharmacist in the back always rushed and it takes 30+ minutes to collect a basic prescription
