The problem l'm finding is a lot of the shelves are empty ?
No matter what time of day.you go
Reduced items are no longer a bargain just the odd penny's taken off
You would think if it's your first visit to this store that it could be closing down

Friendly staff that will always help. Chemist is very hit and miss. Don't seem to have stock for the simplest of things and some staff well one impartial on pharmacy is not nice at all. Staff in general at this asda are great.

Staff so unhelpful always chatting in 3s and 4S
Just done some shopping and a young blonde girl standing by the trolley check out, I only had a couple of things in my trolley but she very sharply told me i couldn't use the Basket check out, Even though there were 5 empty. Didn't have a name on her tag otherwise I would have named and shamed

Terrible customer service my mom nearly 90 years of age used coinstar and didn't realise that she needed to use voucher that day and the writing on the voucher is so small to read
I took her in and explained but wouldn't give the money back nearly £30 I called coinstar and they gave us a reference number and said that they could change it for her slSo I went in again and spoke to them but no joy rude

Rude staff on self check-out!
The price on the label and the price at the till were different so I queried it, I was told in a rude tone, it's whatever it shows, i said okay but would someone be able to check please, clearly irrated by rolling her eyes and clearly having an attitude she checked.
The product was exactly the same but was packaged differently and seemed alittle confusing, I asked what was the difference was she said obviously the price, I said I know that I mean it's the same product but packaged differently, she said okay so do you want them then or not, I said yes thank you, this was done in front of my 5yr old grandson and to be honest her attitude was appalling.
I work in customer service and would never speak to a customer in the way, great customer service is one of the main reasons i believe for a successful business. I think further customer service training is urgently needed, especially with this particular colleague, who is meant to be representing the store.
There is quiet alot of poor reviews regarding the poor service and the attitude of the staff again representing your store, I have read what seems to be the same response, which is along the lines of, I'm sorry for experience and it will be logged, it's all well and good logging these incidents but clearly nothing is done because it is still continuing to happen, when is this going to be taken seriously?

The grocery collection staff is not so helpful they take so much time to deliver the items even there are few items they?ll take half n hour or more than an hour if it?s going to take that much time they should let know the drivers so they can manage this kinda orders

Grocery collections are worst at this asda the take too much time to ready the orders and the back door is always closed you can knock but they don?t answer even if they are inside . Worst collection point ever seen.
