The store always being understaffed in the tills and self checkout section. They have more employees placing products on shelf?s rather than having more employees on tills and self checkout. A lot of tills are always empty only having 2 or 3 employees on. Just like other reviews I?m very disappointed I had to wait in a long queue that goes past aisle. It was very embarrassing having to constantly move my trolley so other customers can reach products on shelf they wanted. But the problem is this has happened many times at this asda.Whether I'm going to the till or self checkout there always less employees I see unable to attend to all customers.

Great service from a young girl named Khalisha, very lovely and helpful my nan was struggling with the clothes and she helped me detangle them

I never write reviews this is my first time I am local live and workplace close by and visit Asda regularly many times I had enough every time this is constant! She always on late nights I am on self checkout trolly this overweight black Lady never comes and stands near a pole messing with stuff 2 or 3 items on a desk while turning and see customers needs help but never comes and always ignores! it take her about 25-30m I have waited so many times even longer than that! and she can see the red light flash but never comes even if their are less customers! She except other workers to come and deal with her side and complains about it after! I remember my wife saying once she was telling a Asian young girl to stop
Going on her side and she shouldn?t come to help other side and looked annoyed an angry the girls eyes was red and she looked new on self checkout my wife watched Asian girl by herself serve loads of customer very quick for so long.
but the Lady wasn?t on her side at all as my wife waited 36m to be served when she got a til. Even when waiting in line to see tills checkout available the Lady wasn?t there at all.The asian girl on her side was still calling customers to show available tills for trolly side for customers, while staying near her side and serving customers. While the young person apologised to my wife said she only allowed to stay on one side but still came and helped apologised and helped others even when been cursed at crazy by other customers and nagged at by the lady who was never there. My wife said the Asian girl got the job done and was professional.She served me many times on self checkout before and she is good at her job and is passionate.I remember seeing new young workers on self checkouts as I visit the store regularly but didn?t see any past few days. A young black Lady with glasses that has served me many times and is very lovely both girls made a huge improvement with self checkouts they didn?t wear Asda uniforms so I think they are temporary. Both of them never stay long and chit chat and straight away serve customers and place away unwanted items cancelled and baskets and for once self checkout finally looked presentable, they know where most products are located when I asked and know how to use Asda app and help customers with prices and checking.They are extremely dedicated and always puts customer needs first which I admire for young workers.
But my patients has gone with same Lady she is very rude.Just like that other review and lots of likes from customers it shows that lot of people know her for her service.Diana or Pratrisha is her name and I only know her name because I have family,friends and coworkers that have all complained about her bad service to me. The amount of people I know that know her because she?s bad at customer service is ridiculous. She shouldn?t be on self checkout if she finds it difficult to go to customer. She can?t be bothered to be there and is lazy to service customers and it shows. Asda has too much employees placing products on shelves more than employees on customer service areas, for Tills,self checkout,the scan thing,trolley and basket they need to hire more Experienced young workers. Yes Christmas and new year gets busy, but the store is located in between Tipton a Town and West Bromwich and Dudley near Tipton a lot come to this Asda store because it the nearest. Especially on weekends,after school/Rush hour on Thursdays,Fridays,Saturday and Sunday and any days self checkout and tills get crazy busy till 12pm-12am. But it has always been like this it nothing new I don?t understand why they haven?t hired new workers yet!You really need two staff each side for self checkout!! and more on tills!! That Asian fasting holiday is beginning also in January and it gonna be crazy busy for another 2 months as their lots of Asians in West Bromwich an Tipton. Like how is the store going to manage if there?s not enough workers on the self checkout and till?

Potentially the best Asda in the country. It's great that they've got two floors assuming most local Asdas only have one. They sell almost everything you need like food, hair and body products, games, clothes and toys. They have also got a pharmacy, customer services, a Costa and timpons. Easily one of the best asdas in the country.

Every time I go there is NEVER enough staff it?s ridiculous
I walk around for a good 10 minutes before finding anyone
I?ve bought milk, babybel and butter from there still in date that turned out to be horrible

I have a bad experience at Asda. Whenever i go there for shopping the security guards stairs us as we our theif. Last Saturday my husband went there for shopping and after self checkout when he used to come out from Asda the guard stop him and say that you haven't payed for thing's and start checking his bag even he showd him bill.It was really embarrassing Infront of many people. Then my husband said them to check their camera's if i will did anything wrong then camera will shows you clearly. Later guard said sorry for this mishappeing but it's really a embarrassing moment for my hubby. If Asda staff will do their work properly then they will not have need to make someone experience bad. If someone wear simple clothes it doesn't mean they will be theif so plz try to trust on your customers otherwise Asda customers will going to decline day by day.

Used click and collect for my groceries again today as usual the app can be a bit temperamental but the experience at Great Bridge is great. Nice wide parking area no waiting and shout out to Ant G always pleasant, friendly and efficient
