Terrible company and service, completely messed up the sale of my property, refused to accept any responsibility when they pushed me to use their partner solicitor service as 'it would be the quickest'. No help from upper management to deal with the issue, that they created for me.They simply don't care. Took 8 months to sell a property with no chain thanks to them. Stay well away.

Not the worst experience when moving in, but the moving out process is horrendous with this particular branch. Serious attitude problem, over the phone in particular.
