Absolutely avoid this place at any cost, very rude and arrogant sales person called Ferlynn. She needs a lot of training on how to speak to customers.

My elderly parents made a large purchase at this Minworth store, up to £8k. With fitting issues and delays they ended up not needing a tap - brand new in box and unused. Wickes told them they would be fine to return and refund items that were unused at time of selling, but outright refused my father when he tried. The manager BILL was abusive and rude, perhaps racist - Minworth at its finest. The whole team were uncooperative - refusing to answer my dad's calls - he is 83, and everything was bought outright with cash not credit and with all receipts present and debit card to match.
My sister managed to return and refund the tap at the Redditch store with absolutely no issues. Maybe it makes a difference if she is a young solicitor who speaks perfect English? We will be making a formal complaint to Wickes citing the manager Bill and his team.
Judging by the other 1 star reviews you can see this store struggles with terrible customer service -- Wickes Minworth you have failed and caused distress on my elderly parents. They have only ever given to this country with integrity and respect, never claiming a penny or setting a foot out of line. He was not trying to con you, he has not got that kind of heart.
Do not buy from here -- you have been warned.

Management Staff at this store couldn?t hit water if they fell out of a boat. Tried to process a refund within the policy window and they refused it because ?it?s outside of the policy window? standing around on a Sunday afternoon is a joke when the store has tumbleweeds rolling around?
