I stayed at the Premier Inn next door during the Sutton Fun Run weekend, so ate a few times at the White Horse over the course of my stay. Only breakfast was booked, I was able to walk in for both Saturday dinner and Sunday lunch.\n\nOn Saturday afternoon after my check-in, I ordered the Falafel Burger which was accompanied by fries and onion rings, and a glass of orange juice. After the Sunday run, I returned to the White Horse (along with many other fun-runners) for a beef Sunday lunch. Both meals were scrumptious and plated up beautifully, reasonably priced too. The meat was lovely and tender.\n\nThe Premier Inn hot breakfasts are cooked to order, or alternatively there's a great selection of cold items (pastries, cereals, yoghurts, fruit) to choose from near the bar. Again everything I had was tasty and fresh, possibly the crispiest hash browns I've ever had!\n\nThe staff were efficient and attentive; each time I ate there the waiting staff checked in on patrons to ensure they were satisfied with their meals and nobody was kept waiting long for food. Ordering can be done either via the Greene King app or a trip to the bar. The tables were kept clean and tidy, none of that pub-table 'stickiness'!\n\nOutdoors, there's a decent-sized car park, and a well-kept pub garden with plenty of tables and a huge telly to watch the footie highlights on.\n\nI'm not often in Sutton Coldfield, but if I find myself in that neck of the woods again I'd be happy to return. Recommended.

This place is conveniently located for all amenities and is attached to a Premier Inn. Whether business at The Belfry or visiting any of the many local attractions, this place offers great value for money\nThe menu is affordable and full of crowd pleasers, all served with a smile.\nWe had steak, chips and peas, cooked exactly as ordered and served in a skillet so stayed hot, but not overcooked.\nWe will be back!!

I visited the public house earlier today and was very pleased with the experience and service. I was able to watch the football and was served a couple of times by a member of staff called Lotti. . Lotti is a real credit to all the team at The Whitehorse.

Went for a boxing day meal. Service was excellent, the food was good with plentiful portion sizes, and there was plenty of space around the seating.
Plenty of parking, which needs you to enter your registration in at the bar.
A good venue and easy to order using the app.
Parking: You need to enter your registration number inside the pub to get the free parking and avoid charges.

Absolutely fantastic experience today, family pre Christmas lunch get together, grandparents (us) our children and grandchildren.
Everything was made very special by Dave and his Team, must mention Deana in particular who provided our table service, but, I must say, ALL staff today were exceptional, including the bar staff who made sure our Tea was exactly as we like it (we are particular about our tea).
Youngest granddaughter (Who was feeling a little queasy) was really well catered for, special pudding made to her own specific requirements and a doggy bag to take away her uneaten lunch.
Nothing was too much trouble.
The food was also delicious and cooked beautifully, ie, mixed grill, steak n ale pie, Hunter chicken and Rib eye Steak all cooked to perfection.
Very highly recommend The White Horse and Dave and his whole team, even though they were very busy, service was second to none.
