Very poor knowledge of sold products. No customer service what so ever. Mis-sold a phone with a plan when pensioner needed a pay as you go. Then refused to refund saying they don't do refunds at the store. Eager enough to be paid that's for sure. Manager sat right next to the sales \\\"advisor\\\" and yet offered no input, oozing arrogance.\\nWould rather put pins In my eyes than go here again.

Not impressed more interested in charging for services when there's no customers and they're sitting doing nothing. Come on Vodafone do better if you want to keep customers ?

Awful customer service. Staff are uninterested. Went to collect and sim and was assured that my current Vodafone sim phone number would automatically transfer to the new sim. Got home to find this wasn?t the case. Waste of time going into this dated store.\\n\\nAlso enquired about home broadband and staff were unenthusiastic and unhelpful. Staff dont seem bothered. Avoid this place!

Phoned the store from my landline the messages assume you already have a vodaphone account costs money to to listen to pre recorded messages which are NOT relevant to your enquiry Useless phone option

The girl couldn't extract herself from her seat to show me the different phones when I told her I wanted to upgrade, she kept yawning and told me to basically do it myself by going on-line. The worst sales experience from Vodafone. Ironically this shop was empty and all the other phone shops that I walked past were full with sales staff dealing with customers.

Poorly trained staff. Collecting a online ordered SIM only deal, staff member spent 30mins trying to do the final completion of the order. Upon assuring us it was now complete it turned out it hadn't been. Had to go to another store to sort it out which took another 45mins.
