I booked a holiday to Turkey with Isabelle at Princess Alice Drive TUI last night. I just want to say that she was brilliant - she made the whole experience easy and exciting. She knew her stuff with regards to the best resort to book and got me and my family an brilliant deal with everything we wanted and more. We changed our minds a couple of times before choosing our hotel and this didn?t matter to Isabelle, nothing was too much trouble for her. TUI you are lucky to have her!! Couldn?t thank Zoe enough for the work she did booking my holiday! Zoe went above and beyond to ensure my holiday was a dream come true and was perfect for my needs. Throughout, she double checked with me on everything ensuring it was all perfect and I had everything that was needed. The holiday was booked so quick and easy. Closer to the holiday Zoe even reached out to myself so I could book an excursion. She found the most perfect, affordable excursion and always ensured we got our money worth.
