Lovely man served us. Very friendly and knowledgeable.I needed an extra link put into my watch and a new battery, which he did in a few minutes whilst we waited and chatted.There was no queue and the shop was very easily accessible as I use a powerchair. Would definitely recommend Timpson.

Timson's have their customer experience culture just right. I have never had anything less than a perfect experience in the Sutton Coldfield Branch. I went there today to buy a new watch strap and the customer service is just so respectful and spot on. I saw the manager today but the other gentlemen who I have dealt with in there are equally excellent. Thank you.

Popped in to see if they could supply and fit a replacement spring bar for my watch strap that had broken. It was replaced within a minute and only cost around £4. Bargain and the guy who served me was ever so friendly and professional..

Helpful staff as regards key cutting and watch battery replacement. I can't comment on shoe repair as have no knowledge of that. The 'two for the price of one' equivalent is good value.
