Well that?s a waste of 15 minutes
So my shopping and have a basket full but they are out of bags
So unless they are giving away metal baskets I can?t carry all my shopping to the car.
Annoying I know they just had a delivery as the truck blocked me in.
Total waste of time
I do have a roll of bin bags in the car

I can't believe in this modern day and age that you still have to check the shelf life on products. Buy today out of date tomorrow ?

Evri list them open till 11pm and 10 minutes before closing they refused my parcel as apparently the machine reboots itself every night at 10pm and they can't scan anymore parcels supposedly when that happens.. What an absolute joke!

Poor shelf life on products which I should have to check when I'm in a rush I bought a chicken a loaf of bread and a bag of salad. Chicken was out of date the next day. The bread was best before the next day, and the salad was used by that day. Prices for certain items are extortionate. Coffee almost double the price of their rrp price that you can buy a few doors down. Reduce occasionally with a club card to make you believe you're getting a good deal

Dear sir or madam i have been using your boldmere store for about 3 years I arrive sunday morning about 6.45 I buy lottery tickets scrathcard and shopping the staff all know me because I'm nearly 7.foot tall ...... I came to your store last sunday started to buy my lottery tickets the man behind the counter said that I had no manners he said I didn't say please or thank you he then said at my age I should know better he then asked me to leave the store I approached one of the staff to find out what was going on he came from behind counter and said leave my staff alone if I had any thing to say . Say it to his facei asked him who he was he said he was the store manager in a sharp voice told me to leave and never come back his name was Leighton Watton what a very nasty manager they have got working for them

Very rude and angry older man. Poor attitude, only ever heard negative stuff about him. Manager also scared of employees. Would not recommend

Incredibly nasty & rude male cashier. No name badge but I won?t be using this Tesco express again. This is one of very few Google reviews I?ve left but felt compelled to share what a horrible experience I had. This guy should have some kind of repercussions. Really unnecessary and volatile, avoid if you can.

Cashier, who refused to give me his name and wasn't wearing a name badge, also refused to scan my household Tesco clubcard photo when making a purchase. I have consistently used a photo of my clubcard for many years, at this Tesco and others local to it, and never encountered a problem before. He also seemed to have a hard time believing that it was my Tesco clubcard and that I was making this purchase for my elderly next door neighbour, which is besides the point, however, also made for an uncomfortable situation. I feel terrible about this interaction and wont be returning to this Tesco again.I suggest better training practices are put in place to ensure you don't alienate your customer's, as I feel poorly treated.If I were behind the counter and serving a customer, I would have carried out the transaction and then explained after the purchase was complete that next time I should bring my clubcard and a photo would not suffice. It wouldn't have taken much for him to do that.Date and time of transaction:Thursday 17th August, 8pm. Employee was working with a gentleman named Josh at the counter.
