Nice clean and tidy store for the area. Fully stocked and lots of parking in well presented grounds . Will be good to see if it's kept that way in the future still a great store. New snack area now in.

Went into today to ask if they do a rapid step test which they replied they dont fair enough the pharmacist asked my symptoms and explained why my GP had perscribed the anti biotic i know why they percribed that anti biotic ive got a penacilin allergy i dont need it explaining to me all i wanted was a strep test and advise ive these issues before medication wouldnt work and GP didnt know what to do i asked him to repete himself because ive got hearing loss in my left ear to which he decided to roll his eyes so then i gave an attitude back which before that point i hadnt waste of time.

Staff always friendly and very helpfull.Just phoned them with a querie about whether to book a flu jab for my partner,whilst taking antibiotics.Answered my querie straight awsy.

Absolutely useless. Arrived 10mins before closing and had zero interest in helping me even stating she had to log back into the system now like I had done something wrong. The pharmacy should be open for another 10mins you lazy sod!

Ridiculously poor service. Their attitude make you leave and never return.The so called "pharmacist" mention laws that he is not able to show, quote or interpret.Came to speak whilst still chewing his food.... ridiculous...the worst service ever.The pharmacy workers were not better eitherI would never recommend anyone to use it.

Had Spicy bean burger and chips and was AMAZING! All washed down with a cup of tea. Fast service, staff helpful, especially Manageress Tracy! Please can you bring back the Green Coke to the Cafe please?

The store Itself Isn't too bad, however the cafe is horrendous not only did We have to Wait 40 minutes for 2 meals ( omelette and a burger meals) When we eventually recieved the food, It was burned and the Omlette meal had a various piece of burned Something? The member of Staff on the till wasn't Particularly friendly. In addition the tables was left dirty, such resulted in Customers Clearing tables themselves. The price of Products did not even begin to match the quality of the food. further more the atmosphere of the restaurant was over Crowded and there wasn't much space to move. Overall, I believe this is a quality Control and training issue, that needs serious reevaluation

probably one of the worst stores ever. The staff park in mother and baby spaces, when they go to work, as well as the security staff. I actually made a comment and said, " you've forgotten your child" they replied, I am not going to get my car damaged in a normal space, when I am here all day. They cancel home deliveries, when the van's are sitting outside, no attempt to help the customer and then take the money for shopping they cannot deliver. I had to shop with a young baby and asked for help at the checkout, there was none. Why do they ask, if you need help packing, when there is no one to help. Impossible to do a shop, with a crying baby and the staff just don't care. where are the standards? they allow staff to stand at the front door smoking, very bad for the store. no management availability.
