I had a lovely attendant named Hailey help me today. I was having a right mare trying to find products that my friend would like for her birthday (she?s crazy specific) and Hailey was an angel. She knew how to help me and was a friendly face in the chaos ?

1 person on the till with long queues on a Saturday whilst a woman with pastel coloured colour hair who worked there just stood watching and not actually doing any work. Why did this woman not help on the till to get the queues down or stack any shelves? Then there was lots of cages of rubbish at the back the shop. I won?t be going back.

I went to superdrugs today and was helped & served by a young dark headed lad, I couldn't see his name wish I had asked him. So helpful & friendly nothing was to much, I do hope he is recognised for the work he does. Lovely shop ?

Great selection of make up and hair products. Everything from temporary hair colours to conditioners, styling products, and great priced make up from about 15 different brands, face creams etc.I always get my nail polish here when offers one like BOGOF or 2-4-1 and stock up. The Essie and Orly ones last ages.Also lots of sanitary products and face creams are inexpensive here. Their Acnecide cream is great for teenage acne. Never seen it for sale anywhere else.I always get my perfumes and aftershave gifts here. Much better value than BOOTS especially with loyalty card discounts.Supwrdrug is always my first choice

Holly and Amy were very unapproachable with no customer service skills. Customer sales advisors and members of management are suppose to make customers feel valued and welcomed, that did not happen when i visited store. I don?t wanna come back because of this.

I visited Superdrug in Sutton Coldfield this week and really impressed with waxing of my eyebrows and shape done by the beautician jag I highly admire the professionalism and the customer service by jag and she done my patch test for my eyebrow tint for my next visit she explained the offer for 3 threading treatments for £8 which is a outstanding offer . I never knew this Superdrug had a beauty studio I highly recommend this store

I recently threaded my eyebrows within Superdrug Sutton Coldfield. The beautician Anila was extremely professional and friendly. I received excellent customer service and are thoroughly pleased with the resulting shape of my eyebrows.
