Pathetic shopping experience. Sent me incorrect item, frustrating to return and even get through to the customer centre. DO NOT buy online at all and watch for cheap or faulty items before walking out of the shop because they DONOT care about Consumer rights

Utterly crap - ordered on line, parcel is now some days beyond its delivery date. Called SC as my local branch to check if someone had forgotten to e-mail me. Number rang, I think picked up and put down. Number is now NOT working at all.....wish there was a ZERO star rating, friends warned me I'd have issues with this business.

Never knew a racist this place is, my son has been there nearly 4 months and gets only 1 4hour shift per week, while the other get 4 or 5 shifts. Also not paying him what his earned.......just look at his review the best of the lot

Whilst in store ( Gracechurch Shopping Centr) with my beloved pooch at 13.45pm on 23.10.2022, I was approached by the rudest member of staff ever.I was told that dogs are not allowed in the shopping centre and asked to leave.I replied that I was in store a couple of weeks ago and the member of staff I spoke with said pets are allowed.This member of staff is obviously a pet hater and did not care what I was saying.She told me that the other member of staff wad wrong and insisted on us leaving.I am a valuable customer and have spent hundreds of pounds in Sports Direct and this member of staff has just lost the company a good customer.Sports Direct need to have a consistent level of training.Disgusting, Unacceptable treatment of a customer.Shame on you.
