Bought a small bottle of prosecco. Price showed 3,45 pounds. When I payed at the till they charged 4,50 pounds. Initially they didn't even bother to refund the difference. I show them the price advertised is different . But they still argue with my telling the price is 4,50 now and before was like that. I asked them to remove the price of is like that. Refused again still living advertised at 3,45. Second guy come and remove the price. They even not said sorry. Rud comportment. Finely they refund the difference. But not in the right way. Didn't give me the initial receipt. They give me one where say I bought chiu gummy when I bought prosecco.... God knows how many prices are bigger at the till in that shop
Someone needs to take action and verify that shop

Went to fill up after work, pumps weren?t started when I went to use them and when I went inside I was told because I am on a motorbike I need to come into the shop and take off my gear.
I was told by the attendant they do not ask people with face coverings to remove them and that they specifically ask bikers under instruction from the store manager who insists it is company policy.
All bikers will now be asked to remove items of clothing such as gloves and helmets and to attend inside the store before any filling up can occur.
This is to prevent drive offs, but only from motorcycles.
Further more I was informed this station does NOT use ANPR so they are unable to check any number plates for cars, so they are actively not checking cars to prevent drive offs.
I was disgusted at the attitude of the staff to blindly follow the instruction of the manager to discriminate against bikers despite this not being Shell standard operating procedure.

Got there and went to fill up and they said they stopped doing fuel an hour ago. I drove there needing fuel! I?m so annoyed. There was another young lad that had the same issue.

Went for lunch with my daughter last Saturday. They were very busy and we had to wait to be seated which was fine, but nobody came and spoke to us for 10 minutes, even though we could see a couple of empty tables (that needed to be cleared). But we were seated. It was table service only. Someone took the order from the table next to us who arrived at the same time fairly quickly but I had to grab the attention of someone. So we placed an order, and waited. The we waited some more. Table next to us was served but the had baguettes and we were waiting for cooked food. During the whole time we were waiting, nobody came to check on us. After 30 minutes, I chased the order. They had no record of it. And the lady I spoke to didn't seem that bothered and gave a grudging apology. Mistakes happen - I get that, but the reaction was poor. There were enough staff too - I think they are just poorly managed. I've eaten here many times and the food is good. But don't go when it's busy.

My husband and I were looking for somewhere close to Sutton Coldfield for breakfast and this came up in our search. Glad we went, food was delicous, staff were friendly and there was plenty of choice on the menu.

We booked for afternoon high tea for five, something we haven't had a chance to do in some years. It did not disappoint. There was a wonderful range of savoury and sweet treats, along with bottomless tea of coffee. I think my youngest son was on a mission to drink them out of tea, but they always brought him more along with extra milk, sugar and a smile! Even for a hungry bunch like us there was more food than we could eat, so they happily boxed up our left overs, which was a welcome snack for after we came home from shopping. I heard a rumour that they are taking booking for festive high tea which I shall try to get book ASAP!

We?ve been meaning to visit for some time and popped in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Overall first impressions were not good with lots of untidy tables that had not been cleared and food on the floor. We were taken to a small table that was very wobbly and difficult to keep level. Food was ok but nothing special. Not sure we will be coming back any time soon. Shame.

Fantastic afternoon tea, one of the best I?ve had and I?ve tried a few. Not stingy with the portions and good quality food. Staff are friendly and helpful too

Went into shell today and was served by the young lady again Amy. She is always super professional yet friendly and even offers to bag all my goods. I always leave pleased and I am happy this is my local shell
