The business hours have been reduced, so we have the same amount of customers trying to bank with fewer hours. Some of the enquiries take longer than 5 minutes and there's only 2 tills to manage this.In fairness, the staff do ask customers in the queue when they get chance.Need more than two tills

Bridget in Sutton Coldfield branch was very rude, rolling her eyes and tutting while dealing with my enquiry. She was very unprofessional.

Santander is closing many branches so many of us are going to Sutton so ques will be bigger, staff are doing their best and they do it well ? a bit of praise or a thank you goes a long way (well done)?

Very very very very slow service!!! No apologie for waiting 20min or more in the queue when your next and you've got 5 others waiting behind you! Joke! Very bad branch to go into. And staff need to stop the chatting for 15min or more and serve your customers!! Ridiculous.

Popped in on a Saturday morning hoping to get some advice on an ISA. I was greeted by a friendly member of staff who helped me, and gave me some other advice on my finances. Very pleased, top marks Santander Sutton Coldfield.

The world moves forward and Santander moves backwards. The staff don?t even work school hours . 09.30 - 15.00 . They certainly don?t give value for money in todays age . After having a nightmare with Santander over the phone and getting no answers regarding an issue I was having with an International payment, I popped into the Sutton branch.. Caroline helped me and was amazing! We couldn't get the query resolved there and then due to waiting for information off the beneficiary's bank; However she personally called me the next day to let me know of an update on the account and now it has thankfully been resolved. It's a shame the customer service is so poor over the phone and you are holding for hours. Thanks again for your help Caroline :)

Why cant we call the Santander office in Sutton Coldfield direct instead ofgoing thru a call center who refuses to put you thru a branch you bank at??.
