We have been shopping in Sainsburys for years an have on the whole had good experiences.
I feel I have to write a review now as for the majority of this year shopping there has been like shopping in the dark ages, low stock or empty shelves, no staff and cages and cages of stock all over the shop floor added to this the staff that are around are all doing internet shopping blocking the aisles, pushing past you to get sock on top of this no sign of management at all.
You would have thought with the opening of Lidl and Aldi plus M&S they would upped their game on the contrary they have just switched off and don't care this absolutely enforced by the security guard, who seems to live on his phone outside.
One last thing the state of dress of the staff is disgusting they seem to wear what they want and how they want.

Refuse to answer the phone about a missing delivery with no refund. Have made several complaints about this since it was a £100 shop and nobody gets back to me. Customer service is less than useful too.

Huge range of goods but each week everything seems to have been moved around. Most complaints start with 'I can't find' or 'where the heck is?'. Otherwise, still a great store.

I was impressed by the well-organized layout and the extensive range of products available. This Sainsbury's truly has everything you need for your grocery shopping, from fresh produce to household essentials.
The fresh fruit and vegetable section is vibrant and well-stocked, making it easy to find quality ingredients for any meal. Additionally, the shelves are consistently well-stocked with a wide array of branded and own-label products.
Another significant advantage of this location is the ample parking space. The large car park means that even during peak shopping hours, finding a spot is rarely a challenge. This convenience is a major bonus, especially in comparison to other shopping destinations that often leave you driving in circles searching for parking.
What truly sets this Sainsbury's apart is its location within the Mere Green Shopping Centre. Being surrounded by other major brands makes it a one-stop shop for all your needs. Whether you need to pick up groceries, shop for clothing, or grab a quick bite to eat, everything is conveniently situated nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Overall, my experience at the Sainsbury's in Mere Green was excellent. It is hard to find any faults or issues with this store. Highly recommended ?.
