When printing you are charged £2.50 for a print cost. I was charged £5.10 to print 5 documents and I was only informed of this when given the bill. This should of been stated when I asked how much it cost for printing. Poor customer service and lack of communication regarding product fees.

Requested a document to be printed via email and received immediate email from Chris confirming my order and outlining the price, which I agreed to. I received another email within 20 minutes from Chris saying my document had been printed and was ready to pick up. The process in the store was straight forward and I would definitely use the service again.

Popped into Ryman in Sutton Coldfield the other day. I was amazed at the services they provide, Western Union, DHL, full size poster printing! The staff were extremely helpful especially a young lady called Mandy, she helped me get all of the items I needed. Good job ?

Fabulous store! Knowledgeable Staff! Just been and printed some photos on their brand new CEWE machine, super quick and great quality! This store offers printing, DHL and Western Union along with a great stationery offering.

I recently visited Sutton Coldfield branch, and manager Chris, was really helpful, both with photocopying, and buying an identity badge and lanyard, fitting them together for me.

I went to rymans today to print and bind a custom made document. The staff were so polite, patient and really helpful! I can?t thank them enough, Chris was very patient and explained all the different types of paper/card available, the different types of binders, he really knew what he was talking about (which I didn?t!!) so this was so helpful. He was really polite and made the experience so pleasant. Thank you again and I?ll 100% be shopping here again (:
