Completely useless. The post is delivered late frequently and occasionally to the wrong address too.

Rarely a parking space as most of the customer parking slots are occupied by staff cars all day. Opening hours are now very restrictive.

Good service when go to collect or drop something off here, but their opening time have been shortened vastly = 8am to 10am most days, only one 'late night' ( which isn't really late) = until 6pm, and 8-12 on Saturday (queuing and long waits as demand is high due to not really being open any other days of the week).... not so great for customers, and not so attractive to businesses choosing Evri etc over Royal Mail.

Leave cards to collect underpaid mail - not their fault. However the card doesn?t state opening hours. Expected better than 2 hours a day! With time & fuel costing so much money, please put the hours you are open in the card !! Just read a review posted 3 years ago, with same complaint !

Joke opening times. Living in the past with their opening times closed Sunday close at 12 Saturday and Monday. What sort of service do they provide to the public

You really need your sat nav on to find this place otherwise you will shoot straight past as the sign is small and the road you go down looks residential.
