Lovely family who run this store, incredibly helpful and attentive, great for basics and emergency bits - would love to see some good quality fresh produce that makes you want to shop by choice rather than necessity to support them further x

Rude awful man in the actual post office, can?t walk around to much stuff health and safety issues including food stacked on floor . Won?t be using again due to the way I was treated! A man talking to a woman the way he did absolutely disgusting!!!

Would give 0 stars if possible, customer service was absolutely shocking. Paid for a parcel to drop off and I was met with the response that they couldn't be bothered to post my parcel as they don't receive a fee even though its a post office.Was then told to go somewhere else as I asked why they were being so rude and unprofessional.Do not spend your money here, I always like to support small shops and businesses but this is one I will never return to and neither should anyone else for that matter. They don't deserve the custom.Why run a post office when you don't want to deal with the exact thing it's designed for.Worst experience I've ever had at any kind of store. Wouldn't usually post negative reviews online but this certainly deserves one.

The best post office and convenience store around! The family that run this post office are so friendly and helpful.They have such a wide selection of food, drink (alcoholic and non alcoholic) and also have lovely birthday cards and more! We?d all be lost in Curdworth without our little shop.

I?d be lost without the village post office in the current climate. Always provide a great service, offering best rates to post parcels. Measures in place are perfect and you can rest assured you are safe on your visit there. Friendly staff and service with a smile goes a long way! Thanks for your service guys

As someone whose lived in this village for around 30 years I can tell you that this is the best this shop has ever been.Ever.....As soon as the new owners moved in we saw a radical change in the range of stock and convenience. In regards to any negative comments I've never witnessed anything other than a lovely family engaging with the community.For example at Christmas this year they took the time and effort to personally visit customers houses ( safe and sound as per Covid guidelines ) and drop off some Samosa's. Don't see Asda doing that....And if anyone has a discrepancy on how much they may charge for any item please remember shops like this do not have the bulk buying capacity off the giant superstores to offer things at a ridiculously cheap price.I've never ever felt once I've been over charged for anything considering the location of the shop and it's convenience to me.It's like the bar in Cheers..... "It's a shop where everyone knows your name"In a world where everything is quite soleless at the moment these guys are providing an actual retail experience by just saying hello and asking how you are.....Means alot.Nice one X

Over the last few years I have had the pleasure of using every service this little branch has to offer.The family that run it have always been very helpful, cheerful and friendly.I am glad Curdworth has this shop it can rely on any day.

Awful sent registered letter destination not received so went to post off myself to see what had happened told by lady with mask on sneezing not there responsibility and get in touch with Sutton Coldfield local off!!!while lady working with her was eating toast behind counter!!!! Will I be going there again??? I think I do not have to put the answer as it is plain for all to see.
