The shop is great, but the grooming salon is disappointing.
The listed price was £49 when I booked, and I paid a £15 deposit. However, when they confirmed my appointment, the staff told me the price was actually £65?a 33% increase. I wouldn?t have minded paying £65 if that had been clearly stated from the start.
Unfortunately, I only found out about the price change during the final confirmation, and the deposit is non-refundable. The staff explained over the phone that the website price wasn?t updated, which I find unacceptable?especially for a chain store.
It?s simply not fair to customers.

Good variety, I mostly do click and collect as their online shop has more in stock. They often have good vouchers on the app too.
