The shop is great, but the grooming salon is disappointing.
The listed price was £49 when I booked, and I paid a £15 deposit. However, when they confirmed my appointment, the staff told me the price was actually £65—a 33% increase. I wouldn’t have minded paying £65 if that had been clearly stated from the start.
